The best conversations don't just make you think. They change what you do next.

Most of us don't need more advice about how to live a better life. We already know we should be more present, manage stress differently, stop overthinking, put down our phones, focus on what matters and respond instead of react.

The challenge is being able to do any of that when real life is actually happening. My Speaking & Workshops blend relatable stories, research-backed insights and practical strategies that help people close the gap between what they know and how they actually live.

Because the real transformation happens after people leave the room — in the conversation they handle differently, the decision they finally make, the boundary they have the courage to set, the stressful moment they recover from more quickly, or the ordinary Tuesday they actually notice and enjoy instead of rushing through.

What can change when you start showing up as your best self?

Someone who used to wake up and immediately reach for their phone learns how to begin the day intentionally before the rest of the world gets their attention.

Someone caught in a cycle of overthinking recognizes the thought pattern that has been keeping them stuck and learns how to interrupt it before it determines what they do next.

Someone navigating a difficult season learns how to move through uncertainty without allowing it to consume every other part of life.

Someone who spends the day responding to whatever feels most urgent begins making conscious decisions about where their time, attention and energy actually go.

And someone whose life is genuinely good but who has been moving through it without fully experiencing it begins noticing more of the joy, connection and meaning that were already there.

These may sound like small internal shifts. But they change conversations. Decisions. Relationships. Actions. And ultimately, the way we experience our lives.

Signature Speaking & Workshops

Workshop 1

From Overwhelmed to In Control

Own your day instead of letting your day own you.

When everything feels urgent, it's easy to spend the entire day reacting: answering the next message, solving the next problem, meeting other people's needs and constantly shifting your attention. You may be getting a lot done, but still end the day wondering where your time went and why you're so exhausted. In this practical session, I help participants identify what is actually driving their overwhelm and interrupt the patterns that keep them feeling constantly behind. We explore how to distinguish what truly deserves attention from what simply feels urgent, become more intentional about where time and energy go, and respond more calmly when plans change or demands pile up.

  • Recognize when they've slipped into reaction mode and interrupt it
  • Distinguish what truly needs their attention from what simply feels urgent
  • Decide more intentionally where their time, attention and energy go
  • Respond more calmly when demands pile up or plans change
  • Finish more days feeling that they chose how they spent them instead of simply surviving them
Workshop 2

Mindset & Mindfulness: How to Live from the Inside Out

Change the way you think and respond, and you can change the way you experience almost everything else.

What happens to us matters. But so do the thoughts, assumptions and automatic reactions we bring to what happens. Our mindset affects how we handle pressure, setbacks, relationships, uncertainty and decisions. Mindfulness gives us the ability to notice what is happening within us before an automatic thought or reaction determines what happens next. In this session, I help participants recognize the thought patterns and stories that may be making difficult situations even harder, create space between what happens and how they respond, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.

  • Recognize thoughts and assumptions that are intensifying stress or keeping them stuck
  • Separate what actually happened from the story they may be telling themselves about it
  • Interrupt an automatic reaction before it becomes a decision, action or conversation they regret
  • Recover more quickly when something doesn't go as planned
  • Approach challenges, relationships and important decisions with greater perspective, clarity and intention
Workshop 3

Mornings Matter

How the way you start your day can change how you think, feel and show up for everything that follows.

For many of us, the outside world gets our attention before we've even had a chance to check in with ourselves. A text. An email from work. A headline. A notification. Within minutes of waking up, we're already reacting to whatever landed on the screen or thinking about what needs to happen next. This isn't about waking up at 5 a.m. or adding an elaborate routine to an already full life. It's about understanding how the first part of the day can influence what follows and using those first few minutes more intentionally. I show participants how to create a simple, realistic way to begin the day before outside demands take over.

  • Create a realistic morning practice they can actually maintain
  • Stop giving their phone the first opportunity to determine their focus and emotional state
  • Decide what deserves their attention before outside demands begin competing for it
  • Use simple practices to intentionally influence their mindset at the beginning of the day
  • Enter more days feeling calmer, clearer and better prepared to respond to whatever comes next

Each topic can be delivered as an engaging talk or a more interactive workshop that gives participants an opportunity to reflect, participate and put the ideas into practice. Experiences can be tailored to the audience, organization and time available.

From Corporate Stages to Audiences Around the World

Christy Freddo

I've been speaking, teaching and facilitating for decades. Throughout my corporate career, I spoke to large audiences around the world, sharing ideas and strategies across business, leadership, motivation and personal development. My experience also includes developing curriculum and leading corporate and executive leadership training for global audiences.

Over time, the focus of my speaking evolved along with my own life. In more recent years, I've spoken and facilitated at retreats around mindset and mindfulness. I've also been invited to speak during church services, first about the lessons I brought home from a month in Bali and later as a guest speaker on mindset and mindfulness.

Today, I bring that depth of experience to my work in mindset, mindfulness and intentional living, combining research, relatable stories and practical strategies to create experiences that are engaging, thought-provoking and immediately applicable to real life.

My goal is not simply for people to leave feeling inspired. I want them to leave able to do something differently: handle a difficult moment differently, question a thought they would normally believe, make a clearer decision, protect their attention, respond instead of react, or become more present for a life they may have been too busy to fully experience.
